Accurate Casting is a manufacturer of high-quality Investment Casting products catering to both domestic and international markets. Brimming with the zeal to establish the epitome of client satisfaction and to achieve excellence with every effort. Promising to deliver precision in this rapid growing demanded market of casting. Positioned in a rapidly industrially growing HUB of India in city of Rajkot, Gujarat state.

We at Accurate Casting , work with great endeav our for higher achievements with customer satisfaction by acquiring closer tolerances, better finish, meeting customer specification and higher quality standard in our products and services. The production capacity is 550 Metric tons per annum for manufacturing all ferrous grades such as Carbon steel, Alloy steel, Stainless steel, Super Alloy like Hastalloy, Monel. Any component from 50 grams To 150 KGS from 10 grams to 60 KGS single piece can be casted achieving dimensional accuracy as per IS 11166 : 1993, VDA P 690 D2 & ISO 2768

INFRASTRUCTURE

The Company’s inner core is formed by the steering engineers with a track record of Quality Castings in the field of investment casting. With a Factory built up area of 40,000 sq ft. and the land area of 5,700 sq. yd. at near Rajkot, Gujarat. India The Company’s strengths evolve from a deep obsession with quality, and a dogged determination to achieve customer satisfaction. The Company has latest technology machines for best quality of Lost Wax Casting Products. The Company deploys the latest machines and their continual improvements in quality for producing patterns from complex toolings in an unbelievable range of configurations. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with all major Quality control equipments, such as Single spark Spectrometer for Chemical Analysis, Universal Testing Machine for testing physical properties, Hardness Testing Machine, Die penetration Test, Magnetic Particle Test machine, Impact testing machine and all Types of Measuring Instruments.
